What does this plugin do?

WordTwit Pro adds Twitter publishing tools to your self-hosting WordPress(.org) website. With WordTwit Pro you can effortlessly publish tweets that link to your newly published posts, from multiple WordPress accounts to multiple Twitter accounts.

With WordTwit Pro you can customize your outgoing tweets, including adding custom hashtags and scheduling to be sent multiple times, separated by the intervals you choose.

So what’s different about WordTwit Pro vs. The free WordTwit version?

WordTwit Pro is a 100% re-write top to bottom, with the goal of building a strong foundation and platform for many great features. Mutliple accounts, hashtag support, tweet scheduling and the addition of our new revolutionary admin panel are some of the major differences. What’s different about WordTwit Pro from other similar plugins and solutions?

WordTwit Pro is the culmination of hundreds of hours of work and dedication. Our attention to detail and polish on all aspects of the product make WordTwit Pro truly stand out. We’re not aware of any other plugin for WordPress that offers the same features, control, and polish that we offer with WordTwit Pro.

What do I get with my WordTwit Pro license?

We know that users want great support when they need it. Every license includes timely, helpful support from our support staff, and free upgrades through all major version releases, for example if you purchased at 3.0, you’ll get upgrades all the way to 3.9.

We wanted to make sure WordTwit Pro remains the best Twitter plugin for WordPress, and have lots of plans to add some very cool things down the road. There is simply no way we could accomplish this without paid compensation for the time we put into the project.

Does your plugin put its branding on my tweets?

No. In fact, you can control the application name that Twitter will show on your tweets. For example, if you run a site called moviereviews.com, your tweets can be setup to show the tweet as being published from “moviereviews.com”.

Will it work with my desktop theme, or other plugins I have?

WordTwit Pro should work without conflict with the vast majority of other WordPress plugins and/or themes out there. In the event you encounter an issue, our support team will try to resolve the compatibility issue.

If I purchase a single license, can I upgrade to a 5-Pack or Unlimited license at a future date with a discount?

Yes, absolutely! Once you purchase a product and wish to upgrade you simply the difference in cost between the higher license and the one you own. For example, if you purchased the single license at $39, you’ll have an option of upgrading to the 5-pack license for $40 more (for a total cost of $79, which is the original cost of the 5-pack).

Why can’t I find WordTwit Pro in the WordPress plugin repository?

WordTwit Pro is an entirely new plugin based on the same ‘ideas’ that WordTwit 2.x was built from.

Because we are charging a fee for upgrades and support, we did not want to release this version into the repository and confuse people when they upgraded. Though WordTwit Pro is GPL and complies with WordPress’ requirements for plugins, we don’t want to frustrate WordTwit 2.x users with a release that required them to pay to have more updates going forward.

What is your refund/warranty policy?

Warranty
WordTwit Pro cannot be warrantied because of the nature of web environments and WordPress configurations. WordPress itself is not warranted by Automattic, as with almost 98% of all open-source, GPL projects.

Refunds
If you’re not happy for any reason with WordTwit Pro you can contact us within 7 days of purchase and request a refund. We’ll refund you in full. All we ask is that you allow our support team to try and solve the issue if you have one. We want happy customers!

What happens after I buy a License, how do I get the download?

When you purchase a license for WordTwit Pro you’ll receive an e-mail receipt with your purchase details and license information. If you used the free version, there’s also instructions on how to upgrade from it included.

At any time you can you can login to our site and access your account, license and download with the account information in the receipt. You can even download older (unsupported) versions of WordTwit Pro, if you like.

As a safeguard, you can also visit the License Recovery tool, and use your Transaction ID to obtain your license information and download the plugin.

Your account login is required to access the User Docs, Support and Knowledge Base features of your license. If you’ve used our support forums before, you’ll see new WordTwit Pro forums when you next log in.

What happens if I lose my license key and account information?

As long as you have the original transaction ID for your purchase through PayPal you can visit bravenewcode.com/license-retrieval at any time and access your license and account information.
