Several people have told me that they couldn't figure out how to navigate my site using the iPhone interface. When I pointed out the large arrow in the upper right corner, they went, Doh! It's happened enough times that I think it might be a good idea to make the interface even more obvious.
I'm not a designer, but to try to avoid confusion, I changed the icon to say Menu, with the letters arranged vertically. This seems to help. You guys have done such a good job with the interface that I'm sure you can come up with something much cooler.
