   Since updating tonight I've posted to the blog twice and both posts are still pending. I've checked settings and see no problems there.

   Did you update your credentials in WordTwit in the back? I.e., did you authorize it with Twitter? It'll stay in pending if for some reason it can't send a tweet out.

   In the Account Login / Tweet Message section I authorized my Twitter account. It says, "Your account has been authorized" and my icon is present. Is there something else I needed to do?

   I downloaded the file and overwrote with FileZilla - apparently something was missing in the automatic upgrade. This time I was asked to enter my sign-in info for Twitter - before I simply clicked the authorize link - and it's working fine again.

   Terrific plug-in. Thanks so much for it.

   Update:

   I spoke too soon. The post shows as tweeted in the sidebar but not in Custom Fields and the posts aren't showing up on Twitter. Back to investigating.

   My posts keeps being stuck at pending aswell, I tried resetting to defaults, entering all the bit.ly info, reauthorizing my twitter login but no luck at all.

   P.S. Mine was a fresh install

   Ye, I can confirm the pending on .1 aswell, even says so in the settings now :)

    also my tweets are pending. it happens with the two last versions of wordtwit (2.4.0 and 2.4.1) and wordpress 2.9.2

    my account is regularly authorized!

    Let's user create self Apps with user API key.

    Same problem. WP 2.9.2 and WordTwit 2.4.1.

    Seems tweets go out eventually, but I can't have this as a problem on a site that publishes news and time is an important factor.
