Ontario Chamber of Commerce Project Overview
The Ontario Chamber of Commerce is one of Canada’s largest Chambers, and you can imagine that their website was just as large! Converting it from a fixed, older CMS to the most recent WordPress version was quite a task. Duane managed to write his own script to handle database migration, and Dale worked hard to find the right style and design layout that would serve the existing website content while building in the new direction the OCC team wanted to take things.
Drafts
Several draft website designs were proposed and refined, and after considerable wire-framing and hierarchical discussions Dale and Duane set out to deliver the completed product.
Final Product
The completed project (though large in scale) offered the OCC an extensible, modern and easy way to manage the flow of content on their website’s back-end, while ensuring it was presented beautifully on the front end.
