Piggy was designed to be lightweight, work in concert with other plugins and handle WordPress updates flawlessly.

Their are a few requirements which you should make sure you meet before purchasing and installing Piggy:

  • WP E-Commerce 3.7.6+, Shopp 1.1+, or Cart66 1.1.6+
  • PHP 5 or higher
  • An iPhone, iPod touch or Android mobile device to access Piggy
  • Recommended
  • WordPress 3.2+
  • Latest versions of WP e-Commerce, Shopp or Cart66

What does this plugin do?

Piggy is a truly amazing, polished and one-of-a-kind web-app for WP e-Commerce, Cart66 and Shopp that provides quick mobile access to view Sales statistics for your WordPress website’s online store.

Piggy works great on all generations of iPhone and iPod touch with iOS version 3 or higher, and Android mobile devices running Android OS 2.1 or higher.

On iOS, Piggy is saved to your device’s Home Screen as a web application, offering near-native functionality like sliding animated viewing panels.

Piggy also works great on Android devices. Add a Shortcut to Piggy on your Andorid Home screen and get one-touch access to your WP e-Commerce, Cart66 or Shopp sales instantly.

Isn’t Piggy like an App Store mobile application?

Actually Piggy is a lot more than what you’d get with an Apple App Store application.

It works on both iOS and Android at the same time, and there no limit to the number of devices you can allow to view your sales stats.

It also means we can easily add, fix or optimize Piggy for you through new updates, each new update bringing these improvements instantly to both iOS and Android. We also hope to add new devices in the future, including iPad & desktop support.

Lastly, you don’t get professional support with an App Store app— that’s just not possible. Most of the cost of Piggy goes toward support and working on new updates that add new functionality to Piggy.

How do I know if will It work with my WordPress setup?

Piggy is pretty straightforward— if you meet the Requirements (on the right of this page) then you should be all set. If you have any issues with setup or installation our support team will help you out.

Do you have a free version I can test?

You can download and try a free version on WordPress.org, or through your WordPress admin. Search for ‘Piggy’. The free version does not include projections or push notifications, nor does it come with automatic updates for new features and capabilities, or product support and documentation.

What is your refund/warranty policy?

Warranty
WPtouch Pro cannot be warrantied because of the nature of web environments and WordPress configurations. WordPress itself is not warranted by Automattic, as with almost 98% of all open-source, GPL projects.

Refunds
If you meet the requirements for Piggy, and after contacting support you have an error or problem that prevents you from using Piggy you can contact us within 7 days of purchase and request a refund. We want happy customers, period.

What happens after I buy Piggy— how do I get the download?

When you purchase a license for Piggy you’ll be taken to a page to view your account details, license key and your plugin download link. Also, at any time you can you can login to our site and access your account, license and download. You can even download older versions, if you like.

As a safeguard, You’ll also receive a license email from us with your account details, license key, and the information you need to download the plugin and access the Support and Knowledge Base features of your license.
