Affiliate Program Guidelines:
Can I use the BraveNewCode Inc™ name in my url, ads or promotions?
While we do encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, we do not allow the use of the Trademarked terms BraveNewCode Inc™ WPtouch Pro™ WordTwit Pro™ in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or other social networking site urls, where they do not clearly show that they are advertised links which do not misrepresent the origin of the link. For example, You cannot use your affiliate links to appear as if they originate from us— it must be clear to anyone clicking on the links that you are advertising the products.
Can I use the term(s) ‘BraveNewCode’, ‘WPtouch’, ‘WPtouch Pro’, ‘WordTwit’, ‘WordTwit Pro’ or ‘Piggy’ in a domain name?
You are prohibited from promoting BraveNewCode™ on any domain with our name in it or any variations of it. All Affiliates found to be in violation of this may, upon review, in BraveNewCode’s sole determination and discretion, have their Affiliate Account removed permanently, and any due commissions be withdrawn and remain unpaid.

Acceptable: www.yourdomain.com/bravenewcode, www.yourdomain.com/wptouchpro
Can I buy your plugins using my own affiliate account?
No, you are not allowed to purchase our plugins under your own Affiliate Account. Also, sales that are found to be fraudulent or result in chargebacks will not be counted as affiliate sales. If a sale is found to be fraudulent or results in a chargeback after the affiliate payment has already been paid out, the difference will then be deducted from your next month’s affiliate payment. Too many chargebacks over a 30 day period from your affiliate account may also result in the termination of your affiliate account.
What kind of sites can I promote BraveNewCode products on?
Most websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to refuse membership to a website or revoke your Affiliate account at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material, such as pornography, gambling, or endorses/promotes illegal or violent activity.
Your site must also be functional with original content, and not purposed solely to advertise products. No spam or scraper sites will be approved. If your site is still in its development stage, please apply after it’s completed and has been launched on a public domain.
What kind of Coupon Codes are available?
We are not offering any Coupon Codes at this time.
Can I promote my affiliate link on Twitter with hashtags like #WPtouchPro, #WordTwitPro and #BraveNewCode?
While we encourage you to engage and participate in BraveNewCode-related discussions on the Twitter hashtag #BraveNewCode, tweets with product hash tags that include an affiliate link are acceptable, provided they are not repeatedly tweeted and/or tweeted under multiple Twitter accounts simultaneously.
