When I re-edit an existing post, the title of the post gets sent out a second time by twitter. This is undesirable. Is there/could there be an option that re-edits of an existing posts do not trigger a new tweet?

hi, I installed your wordtwit plugin and it did post to twitter however it also posted the language tags, could you include a filter in the plugin so it won't do that?

here is how it looked
New Blog Post: <!--:en-->Art Challenge for August-September 2009 - People + trees<!--:-->

You could filter out anything between the HTML comment tags.
