Given that Dale and I are about to start a one week company retreat in Mexico, we thought now would be a good time to spring our new support forums upon the world. Right now, most of the support for our plugins happens over email, which is both good and bad — good because it allows us to answer most questions quickly, but bad because our answers often can’t be used to help other people experiencing the same type of issue. Our new support forums should hopefully maintain the speed at which we (or other members of the support community) can assist people having problems, and also provide a valuable, ongoing resource for our plugins. There you’ll find frequently asked questions, lists of known issues, and even information about development versions of future plugins.
We encourage everyone to head on over to the support forums and look around. If you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know. And on that note, we’re off to Cancun!
