WordTwit 1.2 Released
Duane Storey // Jul 18, 2008
Today we released a small update to the popular Twitter plugin, WordTwit. WordTwit automatically posts a link for each new entry into your Twitter account when the entry is first published. It’s a really effective way to increase your blog readership by offering your entries to everyone on your Twitter feed.
The changes are:
- A few small style changes in the admin panel
- The ability to customize the message WordTwit sends to Twitter when each post is published
- WordTwit now advertises itself using a Twitter identifier, so other people can see that WordTwit was used for the post
Head on over to WordTwit page to download the new version.
Also, BraveNewCode now has a Twitter feed! We’ll use this to give everyone updates on our plugins, cool things we’re working on, and of course, a little bit of joviality from to time time. Click here to follow us on here.

What problems are you having? Most people I know are using it in WordPress 2.6 without any issues.
